- Built the engineering organization from zero to a founding team of 10+ engineers, established roles, and set the operating cadence across product, platform, and delivery
- Set technical direction for agentic AI capabilities, defining architecture patterns for autonomous collection and payment workflows
- Led enterprise readiness end-to-end: SOC 2 certification, third-party penetration testing, AI red team assessments, and 3P CRM validation
